Reasons for Chargebacks and Our Resolution Process

1. Unauthorized Purchase

If you did not authorize a payment on our website and file a chargeback, the full amount will be refunded. However, this policy does not apply if the payment was authenticated through 3D Secure verification.


2. Incorrect Item/Service

After completing your order, you will receive an invoice and order completion notification via email. If you believe the item or service provided was incorrect, you must contact us at sagegameteam@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving the order completion email. After this period, all orders are considered accurate and complete. If a chargeback is filed for this reason, we will thoroughly investigate the issue.

  • If your claim is found to be valid, the original amount will be refunded, minus the dispute fee.

3. Incorrect Billing Amount

If you were charged more than the agreed-upon price, the excess amount will be refunded.

  • For undelivered or incomplete orders, a full refund will be issued.

4. Non-Receipt of Item/Service

Upon order completion, an invoice and order completion notification will be sent to your email. If you believe the item or service was not received, contact us at sagegameteam@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving the order completion email. After this timeframe, all orders are considered complete and delivered.

  • If your claim is found to be valid, a full refund will be issued.

5. Defective or Damaged Item/Service

If the item or service provided was defective or damaged, please contact us at sagegameteam@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving the order completion email. After this period, all items are considered delivered in working order.

  • If your claim is valid, a refund of the original amount will be processed, minus the dispute fee.

6. Duplicate Charge

If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction, you will receive a full refund for the duplicate amount.
